Checkup
Complete our online self-assessment questionnaire, ideally by a QA practice manager assisted by a senior tester or team leader, to get an overview of your QA department, such as a health check . At the end of this totally confidential and automated twenty-minute questionnaire, you will receive the first report to obtain an initial inventory of your QA department.
Summary:
- Duration of the intervention: 20 to 30 minutes
- Who should complete it? A manager who works daily in quality assurance. It is advisable to do this in collaboration with your team to facilitate answers.
- The questionnaire is in multiple choice format.
- The more honest your answers, the more the results will be faithful to your reality.
Results:
You will receive the results of your health check by email. This report will detail our analysis using a three color coded classification, based on the health status of your QA department: green, yellow, and red.
The green color indicates a stable and good situation. The yellow color on the other hand, indicates areas for improvement requiring the implementation of a medium/long term plan. Finally, the color red indicates a critical situation that requires urgent intervention to restore optimal functioning of your QA department.
